Product Description

 The equipment is used for bottled edible oil. And it has the following advantages:

1. The table-board is made of 304 stainless steel, which is easy to clean, ensuring the cleanness. The pipes which touch the filling material are made of 316 stainless steel, which has met the requirement of food grade.

2. The transfer of bottles are done by steel starwheel, which can ensure the smooth transfer of heavy filled bottles with high-capacity. What's  more, the design can meet demands of different bottle shapes as well, which makes the  change of bottle shape easier.

3. The advanced filling valve, combined with the sensitive electronic balance, is accurate, and the filling error is less  than 0.5%. The filling head, by the improved  technology, can ensure that there is no dropping in the filling process.

4. All the processes are automatic and intelligent. The interface touch-screen and PLC program can control and  monitor the filling process. If there is any mistake, the emergency stop can ensure the safety of operation.

5. PLC can automatically control the whole process of the 2-in-1 filling machine from bottle-in to bottle-out.

6. Adopt touch screen operation, which can see the production speed, shift productivity, failure category, and failure  point etc. Also, it can automatically count failure time and failure categories.

7. The warranty time is  2 years. During the time, if there is any problem, Newamstar will solve it in the first time when  we are informed, leaving no concerns to our customer.
