Description:
As the exclusive technology of Newamstar, ultra clean filling is also called moderate temperature filling.

Beverage filling machine is designed to make use of the standard PET bottle's utmost limit of heat bearing point.

In this way, there is no need to use the heat resistant bottle so that the production cost is decreased.

As the filling temperature is lower, the sanitary requirement and the microorganism control are stricter.

5-in-1 ultra clean filling system has two rounds of sanitizer rinsing and sterile water rinsing. Some parts design is the same with that of aseptic filling.
